We will be holding our whole school Eisteddfod on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th February. The children are currently working on their competitions: artwork, handwriting and story/poem writing. The children (infants & juniors) are invited to complete a piece of artwork/model at home – there is a theme of “Create a Daffodil.” All entries to school by Monday 23rd at the latest please. This year we have again organised special activities to celebrate St David’s Day. These will include Welsh Food Tasting, Folk Dancing and Art Activities. All activities will be provided free of charge. The children are welcome to dress up in traditional Welsh costumes – again, prizes available for the best dressed.
