Years eTwinningThis year the Early Years class have participated in several projects with schools from across Europe via eTwinning, a British Council Project. In recognition of their hard work and the positive effect the projects have had on the children’s learning, last weekend we were awarded the eTwinning Quality Label and received a Flip Camcorder for the class, at a National Awards Ceremony in Nottingham.
We were one of only 13 schools from across the UK to receive a commendation!

Trip to Chester Zoo for Years 3, 4 & 5. A £5 contribution from parents has been requested. Please note the cost per child is £13 and as school is already contributing £8 per pupil, we need to collect as many parental contributions as possible. Thank you to all of you who have already contributed.

A big treat to end the school year on …. It’s DISCO time!
We need full attendance for the last week of term! Taking holidays during the school term has really affected our attendance rates this year. As so many pupils take holidays during term time it is very difficult for us to reach our targets. We will have to try even harder next year!
What a fabulous time we had this year on Sports Day. Everyone tried so hard. Thank you to all parents for supporting us.
