We have a Playgroup Plus for our Nursery children to attend (in the afternoon). This means the Nursery children can attend school in the morning and Playgroup Plus in the afternoon. The club is open from 11:30 a.m. until 2:50 p.m. The children must be registered with the club in order to attend (form available from school). The children can attend regularly or as a treat! An information booklet is available – please contact school if you would like a copy; rates can be obtained from the school secretary.
Playgroup Plus was inspected by the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales. The following comments were made:
“There is an excellent standard of care and professional input being given to the minded children at the Playgroup Plus. The atmosphere was relaxed and positive and the children responded well to each other and to the staff.” (January 2006)
