Under the 1980 Education Act, parents are free to express a preference for the Secondary School of their choice. Our nearest Secondary School is Ysgol Bryn Alyn. In July 2007 the majority of our Year 6 pupils joined Ysgol Bryn Alyn. Two other pupils transferred to Castell Alun High School, Hope and St Joseph’s Catholic & Anglican High School, Wrexham.
When the time comes for your child to move to Secondary School, we will ensure that you have the School Prospectus for your preferred choice. Parents are encouraged to view more than one Secondary School.
