Targets
Our targets for the school year 2009 – 2010 are as follows:
- During the Early Years, we aim to meet the specified outcomes in the Foundation
Phase curriculum.
- Our Targets for Teacher Assessment at Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (2010)
are:

- During the school year 2008 – 2009, very good progress was made; targets
were not met in Key Stage 1 for English and Maths (only one or two children
did not meet the targets). Targets were met in Science.
- At Key Stage 2, targets were exceeded in English, Mathematics and Science.

Looking Ahead 2009 – 2010
We aim to:
- Continue to maintain high standards of achievement in English, Mathematics
and Science.
- Update our School Improvement Plan.
- Continue to be at the forefront of education; introducing the latest approaches
to teaching and learning.
- Improve rates of attendance.
- Embed all new Schemes of Work and approaches from Nursery to Year 6.
- Improve our School Meadow.
- Achieve Year 4 of Healthy Schools Award.
- Devise Subject Portfolios for all areas of the curriculum.
- Improve our links with other countries.
