What a busy week. It was lovely to hear what the children had been up to, during half term. They had all had lots of fun. This week has been full of celebrations. We have been learning about the festival ‘Diwali’ and we have participated in lot of fun activities. We even got to do some Diwali dancing in P.E. We have been discussing ‘Remembrance day’ and the children have created poppies and wreaths that will be taken to the Cenotaph. Some of our children visited the local care home this morning. All of the children had a lovely time, sharing activities with the residents. In maths, we have been learning about odd and even numbers and finding patterns in the numbers we use. Next week, we are going to be looking at estimating and checking our estimations. Have a lovely weekend everyone. Miss Edwards
