What an exciting day we had yesterday! We were lucky enough to have Nick from Junior STEM come into our class. We had to identify particular Lego pieces, and build a moving car including lights and a sensor. We programmed our cars using algorithms on a tablet. We were able to make the car move, flash its lights in different colours, and make sounds! We had so much fun – what an amazing experience! We definitely have engineers in the making in 5L!
