We are having a Super Learning Day on Thursday 5th October, parents do not need to do anything in preparation for this. The day is part of our launch for the Year 6 Children’s University but will involve all children. We will be starting the day with a Keep Fit session and a special assembly about Careers. Different classes will be working together during the day and the children will be thinking about what they want to be when they grow up. Thursday will also launch special activities linking to our topic, ‘Lights, Camera, Action!’ which will continue to run until half term. We are also planning to show a film this week called ‘A Million Miles Away.’ this film is a PG and links well with the theme of our Super Learning Day. If you do not wish your child to watch it, please could you let us know as soon as possible by telephoning school. We are looking forward to Thursday and will share photographs with you on the day.
