What Others Say!

Latest feedback:

Dear Mrs Thomas,
Yesterday I attended an xplore session in school with my son. I was in the session where we ‘traded’ shapes simulating the stock market. I just wanted to say that it was a brilliant session. The way the content was delivered by xplore was superb. The children and grown ups were all fully engaged and the way a complex process was simplified for the children to understand was exceptional. The children won’t realise yet how useful that session will be for their future selves and finances.
I think it’s brilliant the way you are introducing financial education in this way and as you can tell I’m really impressed.
Thank you for the opportunity to be involved.

The headteacher provides determined and compassionate leadership. She is well supported by a committed team who work together with a clear focus on pupils’ learning and well-being. Staff plan interesting activities that help pupils learn across a wide range of subjects. They

“In this heartfelt speech, we want to highlight the importance of fostering a school environment which creates a sense of belonging. Over the years, at Ysgol Heulfan, we have welcomed many new faces (mid-term) – children who, at first, felt nervous, anxious and shy but with open arms and compassionate hearts, our school community embraced them. Through kindness and understanding, these children found their place, their confidence grew, and they became an entegral part of our vibrant school family. We want to share that every school could make a difference to newcomers if each individual feels valued and supported from the minute they step into their new school.” Year 6: Bob Talks Project
