Over the past few months, we have spent lots of time in our pond area, we’ve enjoyed pond dipping, where we discovered and studied the creatures that live in there. The children have found beetles, leeches and larvae to name just a few. We have particularly enjoyed observing the frog spawn develop into tadpoles and froglets.
The children have also used materials found in Forest School to make their own rafts and boats to sail, and we always love having free time to explore and play in Forest School!
